Shipping Policy
In-Store Pickup (Markham, ON)
Customers may select in-store pickup at our Markham location during business hours.
Hours: Mon–Fri, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Ready time: Orders are usually ready within 1–3 business days. We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery (GTA)
GTA Zone 1: Toronto, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan — $7.00; Free delivery over $79.00 (before tax).
GTA Zone 2: Aurora, Newmarket, Mississauga, Oakville, Etobicoke — $8.00; Free delivery over $89.00 (before tax).
Delivery window: Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days.
Address issues / re-delivery: If an address is incomplete/incorrect or delivery is refused, re-delivery or address-correction fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping (Canada & USA)
We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
Ontario & other Canadian provinces: $15.00; Free shipping over $140.00 (before tax).
United States: $18.00; Free shipping over $150.00 (before tax).
Oversized items: Shipping costs may increase for oversized items. Any additional charges will appear at checkout or be confirmed with you before shipping.
Remote areas surcharge: Carriers may classify certain postal codes as remote. A surcharge may apply; we will contact you for confirmation before shipping.
PO Boxes (USA): Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If applicable, please provide a physical street address.
Processing & Transit Times
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays or promotional periods.
Transit time: Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. MeltiPop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us—we’ll assist where possible.
Signature on delivery: High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Pre-orders & Backorders
Pre-order/backorder items may ship separately from in-stock items, or ship together based on the latest estimated arrival—whichever you select at checkout or confirm with us.
Currency
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.
Free shipping/delivery thresholds are calculated on the merchandise subtotal before tax..
Order Policy
Final Sale
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except as described below.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item has a manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund for the affected item.
Notification Period
Any issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accommodate requests for refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
Fragile/Sealed Items (e.g., Blind Boxes)
Blind boxes or sealed items that have been opened/unsealed are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide options (substitution, store credit, or cancellation of that item).
Order Accuracy
Please review your cart and shipping address carefully before checkout. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.
